Initially posed as a plea to assist in the locating of this man, by the end of the poster, it's clear it is meant to warn the reader of his existence. The reality of this man is heavily debated in certain circles, and it's still not clear if he is tangibly within our plane of existence. Some claim that his appearance in [[Gizmo (1977) \| Gizmo!]] is proof of his existence, but others refute this, often stating that the legitimacy of the film itself is deniable.		Another poster warns against a man named Louis Hoover.
