Music Manager is an offline music player developed by Quincy. It focuses primarily on local files, but can also connect to the internet via SoulSeek in order to download music files from the network.
Features
Both versions of Music Manager revolve around a playlist system, where the user creates playlists comprised of songs, and can compose a song library which playlists pull from.
